Our Factory
ShuangOu is one of the largest production bases of pool tiles and mosaic tiles in China. Our factoriescover an area of more than 300,000 square meters and own 10 manufacturing lines producing a varietyof tiles in different sizes and molds. ShuangOu supports you with strong and stable productioncapacity. One of our secret to becost-effective is that we stably produce the same size of tiles for eachproduction line. Our product categories include: anti-slip & full body tiles, digital printed full bodyporcelain tiles, exterior wall claddings, porcelain mosaics, rustic tiles and pool tiles. Production lines
ShuangOu’ mosaic tile production lines all equipped with 4 sets of 1000 ton presses and inkjet printing machines. Each line can simultaneously do different kinds of mosaic tiles, such as glazed mosaic tiles, full body mosaic tiles, inkjet print mosaic tiles, roller printed mosaic tiles. Each mosaic tile production line can produce 5000 square meters porcelain mosaic tiles. ShuangOu mosaic tile factory also uses automatic paving lines, which are far more efficient in the mosaic paving process.
